Janelle has called many places home throughout her life (Wisconsin, Nebraska, Florida, and more) but is thrilled to make roots in Los Angeles with Food Forward. Since completing her undergraduate degree in Molecular Environmental Biology in 2019, she has always pursued opportunities to have a positive impact on both people and the planet. She believes deeply that creating a more cyclical and equitable food system is a critical solution to a sustainable future, and is excited to support this mission with Food Forward. Janelle identifies as a multipotentialite and is always in pursuit of learning a new sport, craft, or language. She also enjoys writing favorable Yelp reviews of local restaurants and dancing with her whole heart at live music events.
